Entering the Tea Qiankun Intelligent Tea Deep Processing Production Workshop, the intelligent production line is running at full speed, creating a busy scene. This intelligent production line, with a total investment of tens of millions of yuan, integrates multiple international advanced technologies such as intelligent sensing, robot operation, numerical control analysis, and remote transmission, building a full process digital intelligent production system. It can process 2 tons of tea per hour, significantly improving production capacity compared to traditional production lines.
To further optimize the production process and improve the efficiency of the packaging process, Chaqiankun is also simultaneously promoting the intelligent upgrade of the packaging production line. In the packaging production workshop, engineers are intensively debugging the newly installed intelligent packaging equipment. The dual improvement of production capacity and quality brought about by the upgrade of digitalization has led to a steady increase in overseas orders for Tea Qiankun, and the export business continues to be booming. Liu Jin'e stated that there are currently 7 containers in hand with a total volume of around 100 tons. In the first quarter of this year, the total export value of Tea Qiankun was nearly 7 million yuan. With excellent taste and strict quality control, more than 30 tea beverage varieties were successfully sold to developed countries and regions such as Japan, the United States, and the European Union. Among them, the export business of bagged tea has long been among the top in the country.
